Cacao Rituals
Tea Service
With a deep relationship with the Plant Spirit of Cacao and a joy for crafting new brews and recipes to suit the season and intentions, it would be my honor to prepare you a brew for sipping casually at your event and/or with intention setting and connective ritual.
My passion for Cacao is matched by my passion for other Herbal Plant allies and the many concoctions that nourish and delight the senses. I'd be overjoyed to prepare a tea service/elixir bar for your upcoming events.
Altar Magick
Adornments & Squish
Joyfully providing altar creation & tending including an array of crystals, divination cards, foraged earth offerings, spirit allies including plants and animals, and all the elements.
I lovingly offer my affinity for coziness and lovely textures. Supplying cozy throws and plush pillows to support your cozy co-regulation nooks.
Facilitation Practices
Yoga
Weaving yogic postures, breath work, and mindfulness to create sequences that support grounding, empowerment, vitality, and coming home more deeply to one's body and heart. Offering group classes and 1:1 sessions.
Conscious Dance
Experience embodiment and access to deeper layers of your being through soma, sound, and movement. Especially informed by Ecstatic Dance and Dancing Mindfulness, a trauma informed conscious dance practice that weaves Mindfulness Principles into our practices.
Moon Circles
Deepen your relationship with the Moon and other celestial bodies as allies in our journey. Connecting in community and harnessing the energies of the phases available to support us in particular at the Dark, New, and Full Moons.
Intuitive Practices
Divination
Divination sessions can be tarot or oracle readings, ranging from 1 card to complex Celtic Card Readings. I will hold space and use reflective listening and curious inquiries to support your process of self reflection.

Custom Herbal Potions
Here I am joyfully brewing at every cycle of the moon and deepening our plant alliances. It would be my joy to custom create herbal blends to suit your intentions and desires.
